Club Comfort
There are four split system reverse cycle air conditioners, together with a large gas furnace, to ensure the club is cooled in summer and warm in winter. [more]

Liquor Licence
The Unicorn Club is licensed, from 5.00pm on weekdays and earlier on weekends. The hours of the licence are generally through until midnight. Licence extensions can be arranged if requested and with sufficient notice. [more]

Club Seating and General Function Accommodation
The club can formally seat 80+ adults in a number of table configurations or 120 people in a lecture formation. However, when the club is set up for a formal dinner the inside area available for pre-dinner drinks is slightly restricted. The under cover balcony is used frequently in this situation. The ideal number for a formal lunch or dinner is about 80 people. The club can cope with up to 150+ people in a more informal setting for parties and cocktail functions. Seminars can have up to 120 people in an ampitheatre style surround seating.
